We transform overlooked spaces into distinctive short-term rentals, balancing creative styling with the things that actually matter to guests: comfort, function and those little details that make a stay feel special.

And we're not just here to make things look pretty. We obsess over the guest experience, think through every touchpoint, and handle the operational details that keep it all running. It's an approach that's helped us consistently earn Superhost recognition.

Meet Keziah

Stayville started a little unexpectedly.

After years working as a physiotherapist, Keziah listed her own home on Airbnb as a side project and quickly realised how much she loved hosting. She loved creating a seamless guest experience and shaping spaces people genuinely enjoyed staying in.

Before physiotherapy, she spent years in hospitality management, where attention to detail, calm under pressure, and making people feel looked after were part of the job. Looking back, moving into accommodation was a natural fit.

She loves walking into a property that feels tired or dated and seeing what it could become, elevating it through styling, thoughtful upgrades, strong photography, and the little touches that turn a stay into a standout experience. 

She’s hands-on in the best way: practical, proactive, and not afraid to roll up her sleeves. Whether it’s styling a room, coordinating improvements, or fine-tuning the details that make a listing perform, she’s across it.

Two principles guide the way she works: growth and contribution. She's always looking for ways to improve, challenge the status quo and do things better. That same drive extends beyond Stayville, where she also mentors young people through Headspace Australia's career mentoring program, helping them recognise their strengths and navigate their futures.

For Keziah, success isn't just about building a business. It's about creating something meaningful, continually growing and leaving things better than she found them.

And then there’s Toby, our Golden Retriever and unofficial Head of Morale. His enthusiasm for site visits is unmatched, and his ability to charm everyone involved is, frankly, part of the service.
