Our Founders
Meet Keziah
Stayville started a little unexpectedly.
After years working as a physiotherapist, Keziah listed her own home on Airbnb as a side project and quickly realised what she loved most wasn’t the spreadsheets or admin, but the hosting: creating a seamless guest experience and shaping spaces people genuinely enjoyed staying in.
Before physiotherapy, she spent years in hospitality management, where attention to detail, calm under pressure, and making people feel looked after were part of the job. Looking back, moving into accommodation was a natural fit.
Today, with the day-to-day operations running smoothly, Keziah’s favourite part of the business is the design side.
She loves walking into a property that feels tired or dated and seeing what it could become, elevating it through styling, thoughtful upgrades, strong photography, and the little touches that turn a stay into a standout experience.
She’s hands-on in the best way: practical, proactive, and not afraid to roll up her sleeves. Whether it’s styling a room, coordinating improvements, or fine-tuning the details that make a listing perform, she’s across it.
And then there’s Toby, our Golden Retriever and unofficial Head of Morale. His enthusiasm for site visits is unmatched, and his ability to charm everyone involved is, frankly, part of the service.
